Use Inkscape with Flatpak

This is a trick from ZAM Erlangen to run Inkscape with Flatpak and having permissions to USB devices (e.g. to use Inkscape with AxiDraw or EggBot)

flatpak run --device=all org.inkscape.Inkscape
